Gas fire extinguishing debugging

1. single machine commisioning: Probe testing, alarm devicetesting, delay start time test, the electromagnetic valve of testing

2. Joint commisioning: debugging with FAS system, automatic fire alarm status,and the choice of valve movements, gas discharge signal feedback Ventilationsystem closed, the fire power to cut off the function debugging, each signalfeedback control center.

 

Alarm system debugging

1. single machine commisioning:Fire detector, manual alarm button, sound and light alarm, floor indicatordebugging

2. joint commisioning:According to the correlation,automatic fire extinguishing system, indoor and outdoor fire hydrant system,smoke exhaust and ventilation air conditioning system, fire doors and activitytype fire separation facilities, fire emergency lighting and evacuationindicating marking system, fire control communication equipment and fireemergency broadcasting system, fire control power supply and distributionsystem, fire water supply system, fire extinguisher joint tests, each signalfeedback control center.

 

Automaticsprinkler system

1. single machine debugging: end water-testing device、water-flow indicator、wet alarmvalve, single pump operation, main/standby pump test.

2. joint commissioning: joint with fire alarm system, through the waterat the end, the flow indicator alarm, wet alarm valve pressure switch alarm,realize the linkage to start the spray pump, each signal feedback controlcenter.

 

Indoor and outdoor fire hydrant systemdebugging

1. single machine debugging: Firehydrant button action test running, fire hydrant, fire hydrant pump singlemain/standby pump running debugging.

2. joint commissioning: linkedwith fire alarm system ,start fire hydrant pump through the fire hydrant buttonand each signal feedback control center

 

Smokeexhaust&ventilation and air conditioner system

1. single machine debugging: smokeexhaust valve, air supply valve test, fire valve test, smoke fan operationcommissioning, tuyere wind speed test.

2. commissioning debugging: startwith fire alarming system, according to the joint program, through the firedetector, manual alarm button alarm signal, smoke control valve, jointly startcorresponding smoke exhaust fan, the signal feedback control center.Smoke fanoperation commissioning, tuyere wind speed test.


Firedoor and activity type fire separation facilities debugging

1.  single machine debugging: By manual lifting on either side of the fire shutter buttonaction make fire shutter running up and down and up and down limit accurately

2. commisioningdebugging:jointwith fire alarm system.  According to thejoint program, it triggers the smoke temperature detector, on either side ofthe fire shutter as fire shutter fire compartmentation, once fell to theground; Asthe fire shutter on the evacuation passageway two drops, smoke alarm, the firstdrop of 1.8 M, temperature sense of alarm, the second fell to the ground, thesignal feedback control center

 

Fire emergency lighting and evacuation indicating systemdebugging

1. single machine debugging: evacuation instructions logoshould keep on normally;Fire emergency lightingin open automatically when the power is lighting;

2. commisioning debugging: Jointwith fire alarming system, according to the joint program, through the firedetector, manual alarm button alarm linkage fire cut off the power supply, fireemergency lighting open lighting system automatically. 

 

The fire emergency broadcasting system debugging

1. singleemergency: to check each fire radio voice situation step by step through fireemergency radio host signal accident radio voice.

2. commissioningdebugging:to checkeach fire radio voice situation step by step Through fire emergency radio hostsignal accident radio voice and fire alarm system, according to the jointprogram, the ground floor and second floor above the alarm, the locking layerand adjacent to the lower level radio open;Alayer of alarm, the locking layer, layer and underground layer accident radioopen;Anyfloor underground alarm and linkage broadcast on each layer and a layer ofunderground accidents..

服务内容

气体灭火系统调试

1. 单机调试:探测器测试、警报装置测试、延时启动时间测试、电磁阀动作测试。

2. 联合调试:与FAS系统的火警、手自动状态、选择阀动作、气体喷放信号的反馈调试;通风系统关闭,非消防电源切断功能调试,各信号反馈消控中心。

 报警系统调试

1. 单机调试:火灾探测器、手动报警按钮、声光报警器、楼层显示器调试。

2. 联合调试:根据联动关系,对自动灭火系统、室内外消火栓系统、防烟排烟与通风空调系统、防火门及活动式防火分隔设施、火灾应急照明和疏散指示标志系统、消防通讯设备及火灾应急广播系统、消防供电和配电系统、消防供水系统、消防灭火器的联合测试,各信号反馈消控中心。

 自动喷淋系统调试

1. 单机调试:末端试水装置、水流指示器、湿式报警阀,水泵单机运行,水泵主备用切换测试。

2. 联合调试:与火灾报警系统联动,通过末端放水、水流指示器报警、湿式报警阀压力开关报警,实现喷淋泵联动启动,各信号反馈消控中心。

 室内外消火栓系统调试

1. 单机调试:消火栓按钮动作测试、消火栓泵单机运行、消火栓泵主备用切换运行调试。

2. 联合调试:与火灾报警系统联动,通过消火栓按钮实现消火栓泵联动启动,各信号反馈消控中心。

防烟排烟与通风空调系统

1. 单机调试:排烟阀、送风阀动作测试,防火阀动作测试,防排烟风机运行调试,风口风速测试。

2. 联合调试:与火灾报警系统联动,根据联动程序,通过火灾探测器、手动报警按钮报警信号,联动开启防排烟阀,联动启动相应防排烟风机,各信号反馈消控中心。

防火门及活动式防火分隔设施调试

1. 单机调试:通过防火卷帘门两侧的手动升降按钮操作使防火卷帘门上下运行正常且上下限位准确。

2. 联合调试:与火灾报警系统联动,根据联动程序,触发防火卷帘门两侧的烟温感探测器,作为防火分隔的防火卷帘门,一次下降至地面;作为疏散通道上的防火卷帘门分两次下降,烟感报警,第一次下降1.8M,温感报警,第二次下降至地面,各信号反馈消控中心。

 火灾应急照明和疏散指示标志系统调试

1. 单机调试:疏散指示标志应保持常亮;火灾应急照明在断电后自动开启照明;

2. 联合调试:与火灾报警系统联动,根据联动程序,通过火灾探测器、手动报警按钮报警信号联动切断非消防电源时,火灾应急照明系统自动开启照明。

 火灾应急广播系统调试

1. 单机调试:通过火灾应急广播主机发出事故广播语音信号,逐层检查每个消防广播的发声情况。

2. 联合调试:与火灾报警系统联动,根据联动程序,地上二层及二层以上报警,联动本层及相邻上下层事故广播开启;一层报警,联动本层、二层及地下各层事故广播开启;地下任意层报警,联动地下各层及一层事故广播开启。
